OUR ADMINISTRATION
Blessed Beginnings is a non profit preschool licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, complying with all regulations set by the Department of Early Education and Care. Our director oversees the program with the support of an advisory committee. The advisory committee members are parents, grandparents, educators, advocates of young children and members of Christ The King Lutheran Church.

The Blessed Beginnings staff are DEEC certified, experienced and dedicated teachers. They are devoted to providing for your child a "blessed beginning" as they start their journey in education.
Romy Kulesza - Director/Teacher
Romy has been in the field of early care and education for over 30 years. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Education and minor in Psychology from Framingham State College. Romy has worked with all age groups over the years; infants through school age children. She was the Director at two large programs for over 14 years.Early childhood is her passion and she truly enjoys providing wonderful programs to families, working with caring and dedicated teachers and seeing little smiling faces each day. When Romy is not at Blessed Beginnings, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading and DIY projects at home. |
Lynne Conroy - Teacher
Lynne is a graduate of Framingham University. Her major was in Clothing and Textiles with a minor in Education. Lynne has always enjoyed working with children. She was a camp counselor, a Sunday school teacher, and a care giver before attending college. Prior to joining the staff at Blessed Beginnings Preschool, she worked as a teacher’s aide in a Title I classroom, as a substitute teacher at the elementary level, and as a teacher’s assistant in kindergarten classes. When asked what made Lynne pursue a career in education, she said that it was an easy decision. She loves seeing young children grow and develop a thirst for knowledge. She is married with two adult daughters. In her spare time, Lynne loves to sew, do crafts, travel and spend time with her family. |
Holly Kasper - Teacher
Holly is a graduate of the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Minor in Psychology – Social Sciences. She has been working with children throughout her whole life, teaching figure skating, hockey, karate and coaching her children’s soccer teams. Holly is also a volunteer at her children’s schools in Hopkinton. Because she thoroughly enjoyed working with children, helping them to develop, grow and become aware of the many amazing things that surround them, Holly decided to begin a career in teaching. She earned her Department of Early Education and Care Teaching Certificate through her work experience at Sunshine Preschool in Hopkinton. Holly has three children in the Hopkinton School System. In her spare time, Holly plays soccer, earned her 2nd degree black belt in karate, sings in the Christ the King Church Choir and takes as many pictures as possible! |
Terri Beckerman - Assistant Teacher
Terri is a graduate of Westfield State University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. She was employed by the Massachusetts Department of Correction for 20 years as a Correctional Program Officer working with inmates. For 8 years, Terri worked at a local preschool as a teacher’s aide. She enjoys working with children and has been a “Lunch and Learn” reader at Blessed Beginning for many years. She was a Sunday school teacher and volunteered at Holliston Public Schools when her children were young. Outside of work, Terri is an active volunteer for Family Promise Metrowest, an organization assisting homeless families. Terri also runs the Pinecrest Women’s Golf League. She enjoys golfing, gardening, skiing and spending time with her family and friends in New Hampshire. |
